During his time in law school, Mitch held several leadership positions with the Student Bar Association, Student Government Association, and the Appalachian Law Caucus. He is a member of the State and Federal Bar of Kentucky. Mitch currently serves as the State Representative of Kentucky's 94th District, which includes all of Letcher County and parts of Harlan and Pike Counties.![]()
