Josh is a 2006 graduate of Union College, located in Barbourville, Kentucky. There, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Pre-Law and a minor in Political Science. Josh obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the Appalachian School of Law (ASL), located in Grundy, Virginia. During his time in law school, Josh served as President of the Student Bar Association, Parliamentarian elect for the Student Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Republican National Lawyers Association. In 2011, Josh was admitted and licensed by the Kentucky Bar Association, as well as the Federal District Court of Eastern Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth District. Josh also previously served as both the Vice- President and President of the Bell County Bar Association.

Whitney is a 2008 graduate of the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. There, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Communication Arts. Whitney obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2011 from the Appalachian School of Law (ASL) in Grundy, Virginia. During her time at ASL, Whitney was involved in the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, Appalachian Women in Law, and was the treasurer of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation. In 2012, Whitney was admitted and licensed by the Kentucky Bar Association. Whitney previously served as the Vice President of the Bell County Bar Association.
Danny Lunsford

Danny is a Harlan County native, graduating from Evarts High School in 2005. In 2009 he graduated from University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. There, he received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Danny obtained his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. While at ASL, Danny held offices in the Hamilton Society and Federalist Society. Danny also was on the Constitutional Law moot court team and was named Chairman of the Moot Court Board. Danny was admitted to practice law in Kentucky in 2013 and is also licensed to practice law in the Eastern District of Kentucky and 6th Circuit Court of Appeals federal courts.
Melissa Henson

Melissa is a native of London, Kentucky. She studied at Eastern Kentucky University, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. Melissa has worked in both the insurance and legal industries for over 25 years with experience in personal injury, civil, criminal, real estate, domestic, probate, bankruptcy, workers compensation and Social Security. During her career, she worked as the Accreditation Manager for the Juvenile Detention Center in London, Kentucky, which received acclaim for becoming the largest facility in Kentucky to receive a perfect score on their first accreditation test and the third largest facility in the United States to do so.
